If you cannot attend the seeding meeting, you must have your rosters and records to Huntington High by 3:00 PM Wednesday.  Please submit your roster via fax or email to rlstclai@access.k12.wv.us no later than 3:00 Wednesday. Even if you are going to be at the seeding meeting the roster must be submitted prior to the meeting. No phone in rosters will be accepted.

 Entry Fee: High School $150.00 first team
 Jr High, Middle School, or Freshman - $125.00 1^st team.
Second Team $ 100.00 or $10.00 per individual

Entries: No team may enter more than 2 wrestlers in any weight class. A wrestler who is entered and doesn’t make weight will not be allowed to wrestle. They may not change weight classes after the seeding meeting. We will however allow another wrestler from that team who makes weight to be entered. We will not draw the brackets until after the weigh-ins are over. Coaches will need to verify their roster upon arrival at the tournament. The seeds and entry lists will be posted to www.wvmat.com web site. Seeds will be posted after the seeding meeting and entry lists will be posted on Thursday.

Weigh-in: All divisions will get one additional pound plus the 2 pounds growth allowance. The weigh classes will be base plus 3 on Friday and an additional pound on Saturday. Remember if this is the first time the wrestler is in a weight class, your wrestler must make base weight the 1^st day weigh-in only.

Spectator Admission - $5.00/$4.00 individual sessions and $15.00 and $12.00 all sessions.

Doors will not be open Saturday morning until 8:30 AM
